Trainer, Qatar
Our client, a prestigious Middle East based global bank is looking for a Trainer to join its dynamic team in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely information to external training providers and consultants.
• Implement OJT programs for national trainees and take corrective actions.
• Identify and analyze the individual, team and organizational training needs.
• Upgrade quality standards for course design and develop an annual training plan.
• Ensure feedback is received from participants on the effectiveness of each training session and act on the conclusions.
Requirements:
• University graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years in Human Resources in a bank; preferably with a local or Gulf bank in the GCC, entailing responsibilities of employment, training and development.
